Farming in a New Weather Reality:
Calling all farmers: Are you farming in a new weather reality?  Come prepared to share your stories with other farmers, service providers and policy makers.  The session will open with a panel of experienced Maine farmers who will discuss how changes in weather patterns have affected their operation, how they’ve adjusted accordingly, and what’s needed to cope better in the future.  All farmers are encouraged to share their own experiences, strategies, and needs during an open discussion. Service providers and policy makers will describe what resources are currently available in Maine to help farmers manage issues related to weather.
